Refunds (if applicable)
We will refund 100% of the payment if the received product is damaged due to our fault (such as poor print quality, spelling errors, lost or broken items during shipping, etc.). We cannot issue a refund if the error is on your end (such as providing incorrect name or address leading to lost items, choosing the wrong size, damage during usage, etc.).
Please note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Since each order is produced upon payment, if you wish to exchange an item, you must place a new order for the desired product and cover the shipping costs. However, we will provide a discount code for 30% to 40% off, depending on the product type.
Returns
As mentioned above, each order is produced upon payment, so we cannot accept returns. If you wish to return an item, we can only offer a partial refund, typically around 20% to 30% of the order value.
Cancellation
